Research Interests: gene cloning, fermentative production of proteins, plasmid DNA for gene therapy, biopharmaceuticals, separation and purification of bioproducts, molecular imprinting technology, theory and applications of capillary electrochromatography and HPLC, pharmaceutical analysis, protein analysis, enzymatic reactions, cell immobilization, and reaction kinetics.
