已在包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Nano Energy,ACS Catalysis等期刊上发表SCI收录文80余篇,为8本科技著作撰写8专章。以第五完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项、教育部科技奖1项。于2005年起担任光谱学与光谱分析期刊编委,2010年起担任电化学期刊编委。2015年起担任中国电化学委员会秘书长。厦门大学化学系物理化学课程组组长,电化学科学与工程研究所副所长。

研究兴趣:
近年来研究工作侧重纳米材料、电催化和表面科学的交叉研究,致力于从原子排列结构层次和分子水平研究具有高活性的电催化剂对有机小分子氧化和氧还原的反应过程和机理。
